Dr. Hutton has practiced pediatrics in Harrisonburg for over 15 years and founded Mountain Ridge Pediatrics in 2015. A Shenandoah Valley native, she graduated summa cum laude from James Madison University and earned her MD from the Medical College of Virginia (now VCU School of Medicine), graduating in the top 5 of her class. She completed her pediatric residency at MCV in Richmond in 2008.
Dr. Hutton is double board certified in Pediatrics and Breastfeeding & Lactation Medicine, a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has completed a mini-fellowship in Pediatric-Centered Mental Health in Primary Care through the REACH Institute and holds a STAT certification for autism evaluations.
Outside the office, she enjoys time with her husband Kevin and their three children, plus reading, shopping, and the outdoors. Special interests: general pediatric care and development, newborns, and breastfeeding support.

Dr. Imholt joined the practice in October 2020 and has more than 15 years of experience in general pediatrics, practicing in Harrisonburg since 2008. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from VCU in 2001, completed medical school at VCU in 2005, and finished her pediatric residency at VCU in 2008.
She loves working with children and families of all ages, and has a special interest in establishing a medical home for children with complex medical needs, partnering with families to reach their long-term goals.
In her free time, Dr. Imholt enjoys baking, crocheting, hiking, and exploring National Parks with her nieces and nephew (whom she happily spoils).

Dr. Shelburne has cared for the Shenandoah Valley’s pediatric population for the past 10 years, most recently at Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science, then earned her DO from the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine—Blacksburg in 2010. She completed her pediatric residency at Orlando Health’s Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital in 2013.
Outside of work, she makes memories with her husband Daniel and their two children, and enjoys movies, audiobooks, and running half marathons.
